It has come to our attention that some residents have been receiving scam calls from individuals fraudulently claiming to represent Fusion Fibre Group. These scammers are attempting to deceive people by pretending to be legitimate representatives, often using sophisticated tactics to gain personal information or money.
We want to assure you that these calls are not from us. Our organisation will never ask for payments over the phone. If you receive a call which you believe to be fraudulent, we advise you to terminate the call immediately and not engage with the caller.
Please report any scam (or suspicious) calls to our head office by contacting us or calling 0333 30 7560. This will help us track the scammers and take appropriate action.
We have reported any known instances to the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) and are doing what we can to stop these fraudulent activities. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to get in touch.
